Oh No Tammy!!! I think I would seriously die if my harddrive crashed...which makes me think maybe I should be backing up some things, lol! Hope they are able to recover everything!!

We're leaving in about an hour for the BBQ I am tired ad don't realy feel lik going, especially since I just called my mom and she is not going. I always feel uncomfortable at these family things by myself...especially being there solo with Austin, some of the people you can just SEE the judgement, kwim? Anyways, should be an interesting afternoon Smile

well, DS's team lost their ball game and they are supposed to play tonight, but we have a thing for DH's work that we are supposed to go to as well. So, we are going to the work thing and DS is missing his ball game.

I finished my page for the contest, but now I need to go and work on the sketch and maybe get that done before we have to leave.

Tammy, so sorry about the hard drive. I had that happen nearly 2 yrs. ago. Lost everything, but DH did have all the photos backed up on his external hard drive.

Trish, I'm wanting to see Sex in the City too, but DH isn't too thrilled since he hasn't watched any on TV.

Off to try the sketch! flower

I'm gonna start working on the sketch right now.... it's been a lazy day for me (for the most part) and would like to get motivated... but mostly I just want to sit in my chair and do nothing LOL....

BUT!!!!

I did order my SILHOUETTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been debating the merits of a Cricut... and realized that the main reason I would want one is for the fonts..... and VOILA! I checked on ebay.... and they are reasonable! I hope to have it by mid week!!!

Yay Michelle! That is exciting!!

We are home from the barbeque, it was not bad. I have a splitting headache though cause I was sitting out in the sun all day...on antibiotics that say do not be in direct sun right on the label. Yeah, that wasn't too smart, lol!! But, we are home now, Ausin is playing in the yard and I really don't feel like bothering with supper so I may just try and finish my layout Smile

Deanna, your layout is beautiful! Steph, I am glad your afternoon went well. Amanda and I walked to the store and picked up a few things for dinner. It was a good walk. I got the playroom cleaned up, a few loads of laundry done and am working on the living room. It's been a good day.

Deanna, funny about your DH. My daughter went to see this last night...standing room only...and not a single guy there!

I've been busy outside all day and just now catching up on the chatter going on here. I haven't started on this sketch yet. But I don't plan on doing ANYTHING tomorrow so I'll try to get to it then.

Well... I FINALLY got my layout done... grrr!! That was frustrating yesterday LOL.

I really wanted to work on my interview layout too, but needed to order some pics... then the kids were on my last nerve... hopefully today is better.

BUT I did download about 50 new fonts/dingbats for my new toy!

I haven't been on the computer in a few days and almost missed this. I have finally can get to my scrap table but haven't been able to scrap yet. Maybe today will be the day!

Deanna and Michelle, beautiful job on your layouts! I did get mine done, but I can't upload it because of my darn computer problems. Hoping to hear something on it by monday or tuesday. If it's bad news, we will be getting a new computer this week I guess. I really hope it's fixable because I have so many pictures on it!! Anyway, I did get quite a bit of scrapping done this weekend. We just came in from doing some yard work and now we're going to have some lunch. I have to work later this afternoon and my husband is umpiring a little league game a little later on. Not sure I'll get any scrapping time in today, but Im hoping!

Tammy, I really hope they can get your computer fixed, or at least recover your photos for you!

I've managed to tidy up the living room and vaccuum. Now Austin has brought me a can of juice and the juice jug, I think he might be trying to tell me something, loL!! So, after I make him some juice I am going to sit at my table, far away from my computer, and finish my layout!! :D

It's very strange to see a tiny wild animal like this so closeby. But, remember the page I did recently of the deer eating all our plants, shrubs, flowers, etc.?!?! I did look it up online and it said to leave it alone for awhile and most likely the Mother is around but only comes around 2-3 times a day to feed it. So, we'll keep an eye on it to make sure she is around. I did snap a couple photos.

Later, she did end up getting up and hopping back up into the woods just behind our house. Must have gone looking for it's momma!

Tammy, I hope you are able to get your computer fixed!! I had a laptop that was a lemon but Best Buy wouldn't let me trade it in until it died 4 times!!! It took 5 months for it to die the 4 times and then I finally have the laptop I have now. I was in school at the time and learned the hard way to always back up your files!!!

My laptop though is really slow when using the internet!!! It takes at least 5 minutes for a it to open and if I go to a new tab, same thing!! I am wondering if it needs to be restored? This has been going on for awhile and not getting better.

I am going to try to scrap tonight when it cools down in my bonus room! I like using PST time! It give me till 0200 to get it done! :D

I am SO SORE from all the outside work I was doing yesterday!! I've been chilling all day. I'm just now finally looking at my photos. I've still got 6 hours...I think I can do this!!
