Okay ladies, I don't know if I am early or late but I'm here.

Get your thinking caps on...

There has been a lot of talk about the movie "the Bucket List" so you are going to do a layout that has to do about your bucket list.

What is a bucket list you say... your hopes, dreams, etc. that you would like to accomplish, see or do before you die.

This is gonna be great... I have wanted to do this one so bad for a few years now and I am going to be doing mine with you gals this weekend. So lets get this party going... dancing

Are you up to it?????? Come on lets do it...

Oh yeah, by the way everyone who does a layout will be a drawing for a RAK... My DH will do the drawing and you will have until Monday night (midnight) to finish your layout. So DH will draw the winner on Tuesday morning.

Now lets play. Oh yeah, and I am nervous this is my first time so help me out here ladies... lol!

Oh good that makes me happy. I went with daughter Sherri today to Brainerd and stopped at JoAnn's and got a few things for the RAK. I've been excited all day to start this.

Boy! it was a hot one here today. Back in the 80's... I don't like anything over 75 for temps... lol!

I am still at the office. My understanding is that it's 73 degrees outside, but it is so cold in here that we wear long sleeves/sweaters. My hands are freezing. I need to go outside and thaw!

I have to admit I have been like that too. Where its so cold in here that my hands are freezing and feet and need to go outside to warm up. Isn't that crazy. But I think I would rather be a bit cold than so hot I don't want to do anything.

Trying to find some paper I want to use now.

BRB gotta go help hubby unload the truck, we built a storage shed so we didn't have to pay rent on one every month like we have for the past almost three years. So we loaded the truck earlier and decided to wait until tonight to unload it, guess he thinks now is a good time. And... if I don't help him he might have a mess in there and I won't be able to find anything. Besides I want to mark the totes.

Again, BRB...

Glad your here Jill. You can do this its really easy. Just think of what you would want to accomplish or do before you leave this earth and put it on a layout anyway you want. With or without pictures, its totally up to you.

Hi Berta, glad to see you here.

I so should have done this earlier. I have seen these layouts other gals have done other places and even at one time mentioned it to Maureen about someone doing it, but never thought I would do it. I hope you can think of something, since you already did one like this. Hey maybe your son has a bucket list or your hubby, or granddaughters. Do a layout of their bucket list. At least your doing it, it will count. I know you can... You can do wonders with a piece of scrappy paper.

Thanks, Jill! Lancaster is about a 4 hour drive from here. I hear it's lovely, lots of good shopping, but I have never had the pleasure of visiting. Is your brother being relocated there? going to school?

So tell me a little bit of what's it about. I like to read but don't take the time unless its something I really like. Is it a mystery, thriller????? Just the title sounds interesting.

DH just ran to the gas station to get ice cream, he is making me a root beer float, guess he doesn't want me to melt. lol!

Root beer float! I'm on my way! Actually, Wicked is about the Wicked Witch in the Wizard of Oz. You reminded me of it when you said you were melting. This is her story and about how she became so wicked. There is a broadway musical based on this book, too. It's currently showing, but we'll have to see it when it comes through town next time. I didn't order the tickets in time.
