Brenda's "Get Your Class List" challenge
***Edited to add class lists***
Back to school also means back-to-school shopping! Gotta pick up all the pencils, notebooks, folders, pens, erasers and everything else on those class supply lists! When you're a kid, it's kinda fun....when you're a parent, not so much!
For this challenge, pick a grade - Kindergarten through Grade 12. Post your choice in this thread, and then check back Friday morning to see what items are on your "class list". You will need to use those items on a page. (Unless specified otherwise, like "only cardstock", you can use other items. You just have to use all the items on your list.)
Entries are to be newly created for this challenge. There is no combining of crop challenges. All entries must be linked to this thread by midnight PST on Monday, September 14th.
***Here are the "class supply lists". Just look for your chosen grade and use those supplies on your page***
Preschool Cardstock only, no flowers allowed, use numbers somewhere on your page, stitching (stamped, rubon stitches, or hand drawn stitch lines are okay)
Kindergarten use a heart somewhere on your page, use at least one embellishment or alpha that is larger than 2, use some type of punctuation in your title (brackets, quotations, exclamation point, etc.), use kraft cardstock somewhere on your page
1st Grade title made from alphabet stickers only, use a diecut or paper pieced embellishment, wrinkle or crimp some cardstock or paper & use it on your page, use only one photo
2nd Grade use chipboard, at least three brads, one or more photo corners, and tie something around a photo (jute, ribbon, fiber, etc)
3rd Grade use ONLY warm colors (red, pink, orange, yellow), place your title vertically on your page, use torn edges on something, use at least one arrow
4th Grade leave some white space on your page, mat your photos, use the newest item in your stash (and tell us what it is), use paint on your layout
5th Grade use ONLY cool colors (blue, green, teal, purple), staple something to your page, use at least three buttons, use one of the Sassy Sketches for inspiration
6th Grade use ONLY patterned paper; use rubons; use felt, fabric, or lace somewhere on your page; use one of the oldest items in your stash (and tell us what it is)
7th Grade use beads, pearls, rhinestones or charms on your page; use stickers; use ink; journal in a color other than black (can be handwritten or computer generated)
8th Grade use journaling strips, use at least three different patterned papers, use a shape punch or border punch somewhere on your page, use a mixture of elements in your title (stickers & rubons, chipboard & diecuts, etc)
9th Grade use at least two tags on your page, use black cardstock, use something red on your page, use at least three eyelets
10th Grade use white cardstock; at least two different ribbons; use a pocket, envelope, or folded edge somewhere on your page; journal in black but make some words a different color for emphasis
11th Grade use rounded corners somewhere on your page; doodle a border around your page, around a photo or around your journaling block; use more than one photo; use at least three metal embellishments
12th Grade use ONLY neutral colors (white, cream, black, grey, brown, tan, beige), use handwritten journaling, add some bling, use at least three flowers
