Deanna's "Science Can Be FUN" Challenge

Science was always about formulas and experiments as I recall so I'd like to give you a 'Scrappy formula' to follow for this challenge. You have to use all the items, but you can also add anything else you'd like to!

Do you have a machine Jill? Its so easy, just like regular sewing, but I find sewing on paper much easier.
