Grand Opening & Point Guidelines AKA Rules!

Here is how the points will work:

**Each person will keep track of their own points in the point tracking thread. PLEASE make sure you keep them updated as you go, so noone is sneaking up from behind with a gazillion points at the end...kwim?

**The person with the most points at the end of the month will be the grand prize winner. The tracking thread will be LOCKED at midnight PST, April 30th! So make sure you get your points posted on time!

**All projects submitted MUST be newly created FOR that challenge!

**There will be NO combining of challenges!

**Moderators ARE eligible for challenge drawing, but will not be eligible for the grand prize.

**You CAN have more than one entry for one challenge...but, this will only be for points, your name will only go in the drawing once!



**Here are the points:

10 points per layout completed for any challenge. In order to get points for the regular weekly challenges (Sketch, Word, Altered, etc.) you MUST complete the challenge during the week(s) that challenge runs. For Grand Opening challenges they can be completed anytime during the month to get the points.

5 points per card/tag/recipe card/rolodex card. Same rules apply as for layouts.

5 points per game played. If you participate in a game you get 5 points, that easy!

5 BONUS points for winning a game.

5 BONUS for winning a challenge drawing. Meaning at the end of the crop, draws will be done for each challenge (there may or may not be RAKS involved, this will up to the moderator running it) but there will be 5 bonus points awarded.

5 points for each new member you bring to the site. They MUST post in the welcome forum letting us know you sent them. This is only for NEW members who join between April 1st and April 30th.

1 point per post in the forums. You will need to post your starting count with your point tracking.

1 point per comment in the gallery. You will need to post your starting count with your point tracking.

Am I understanding correctly??? We CANNOT combine crop challenges, but we can combine 1 regular board challenge with 1 crop challenge?

NO combinging at all! Sorry! There will be seperate charms earned for the crop, so we don't want them combined with the regular charm stuff. BUT, the weekly challenges that the Moderators post (Sketch, Card, Altered, Recipe, Words, and Wild) ARE worth POINTS towards the crop, (if done during the week(s) posted)they just can't be combined with anything!
