Oooooops!! Thank you Janet for the reminder, I completely forgot it was my turn this weekend!!

We have a long weekend here this weekend, we have been at my parents' house enjoying the lake, and my aunt & family are here camping out in the backyard! All kinds of summer fun going on here! I'm sure I'm not the only one who is busy as a bee, so I'm going to keep it fairly simple for you this weekend....

I want to see you create a Christmas card! Yes, CHRISTMAS! I've been getting started on mine this week, and I have a little twist for you...bonus "points" (an extra name in the draw) if your greeting is in a different language! I have on in Italian that I will share later!

Have fun and upload your card by TUESDAY at midnight PST...an extra day for me being late...and I will put your name in a draw for a little RAK!

OH!!! I LOVE this one. I've been thinking about starting my christmas cards now...and this is the perfect opportunity to do so!

Awesome challenge, Steph! I am not a card-maker but with all the leftover scraps that are small which I simply must keep..... this is a great opportunity to get started and to start organizing them instead of keeping them in a box. Then I can get working on the card charm and get rid of all these scraps and have cards to send on different occasions. Thank you for this push.

Thinking of Christmas makes me cry. My Grandma was just dx with lung cancer. I am unsure what Christmas will be like this year and what will happen with her. I was at the LSS today and someone mentioned Christmas and I had to hold back the tears.

I will have to post my example card tomorrow, I'm wiped out tonight! We went out Geo-Caching with my aunt & uncle today, and it was a little too much sun and hiking for me! Have a good night ladies!!

Hope to get a Christmas card done. Busy weekend with DH off and DGD Kaylee here, but I really need to get some scrappy projects done!

Jana-Prayers go out for your grandma and you and your family. The youngest dog has been driving me completely nuts today. He has been in the kitchen "jail" several times today and nothing seems to be working. He is so stubborn that he insists on doing exactly what he wants no matter how harsh the punishment gets. I am going to get busy on my card tonight.

Steph, I am so glad you are giving us until Tuesday. I need batteries for my camera and will get some rechargable ones tomorrow and always have fresh ones available. I had forgotten how fast they need to be replaced. The web cam would not work well with green and red unless you like gray and brown Christmas cards.

I hope to get my card done today. I was busy with other stuff this weekend.

It was a big choice as to which language to use. My direct family lines are Welsh and Danish but I went with my married name (Lefebver) and decided on French for a card for my son.

Very nice Karen....I still haven't done mine! Argh...maybe today!
