Halloween Crop & Chat!

Im here and ready to scrap !
I have dishes and laundry going. Got my list make for Wally shopping later.
And think Im just about done with my scraproom....I moved things around
this past week. Im hoping my Mom will come down this month to scrap.

I did get a few photos and they all turned out great, thanks to a camera with
a really STRONG flash.....I can see everything very clear in my night time pics
and they look like daytime....lol

Did some work in the house after taking DD to gymnastics this morning, they are watching Tinkerbell now and I am doing laundry and finally got her summer clothes out and her fall clothes in the draw out of the boxes and bags of new clothes...what a freakin project...UGH, I so would rather be scrapping!

hi!! i love these challenges and going to work on a few tonite! Im usually a digi gal, but im in a paper mood!!

Hi everyone. We had so much fun last night playing bingo! I had to work today -- all day. I'm down to one more working week before surgery, and I have a lot of catching up and training to do. I was exhausted when I got home, and took a nap. Now I'm preparing a meal to take to my parent's house tomorrow. I talked to my dad on the phone and he thought sloppy joes and scalloped potatoes sounded good. So that's what I'm making. Also have an apple crisp in the oven, but I didn't tell him about that! And of course, like many of you, I have laundry going as well.

I was going to try to scrap this evening, but I'm too tired. Thought I would catch up on the message board instead.

Glad you liked my little Halloween story. I wrote that while my DH gave out Halloween candy last night. I must say, the children that came to our door were for the most part very nice. They said "trick-or-treat", and almost always said "thank-you". There were some boys that had pretty deep voices, so I think they were a little too old to be asking for candy. I told my husband he should tell them that when the voice changes, it's a sign that you're too old to go trick-or-treating .

Amy, I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. That's sad.

After church, I'll be at my parent's house tomorrow, so I won't get to scrap. But I can't wait to see what all of you create for the challenges this weekend.

I was planning to scrap today and well that didn't happen. Kinda took an easy today. My body is very sore from the last few days. Looked at some of my new books that I got from my book club. Hoping tommorrow I can get creative. Now I'm watching a movie with DH.

We are home and just finished supper. Austin is chillin out with a glass of milk before I put him to bed...one week off his bedtime bottle...finally!!!

I changed a few things, like using three smaller photos instead of one 5x7, but I think you can still tell it's based on the sketch. These photos are from 1982; my son was WAY more interested in that glo-stick than he was in the jack-o-lantern, LOL!

Everyone is probably ready for bed by now (don't forget to turn your clocks back) and I'm just getting to the boards. This has been a busy weekend! The girls had a Girl Scout Halloween party Thursday night, a party at school yesterday, trick or treating and a party at the church last night. Then Tyeler had a birthday party to go to early this afternoon and another one tonight (a sleep-over). Paige was here by herself so Aunt Valerie took her to the movies to see High School Musical 3. They're not home yet so I'm getting a little scrapping done. I finished the Sketch Challenge. I had to search to find Halloween papers that didn't have brown in them (for the color challenge). I'm going to go work on that now. I took tons of pics this year so I have a lot of scrappin to do!!
