thanks everyone! Went to an orthopedic yesterday and he said that I had a frozen shoulder. I have started physical therapy and different medicines which seem to be helping.

Yeah...it is the whole over the border thing. It always seems to take forever for Colleen and Ally to get their kits! Hopefully soon!!!
