Valerie's "Earth Day" Challenge

Wikipedia definition of Earth Day:
Earth Day is celebrated in the US on April 22 and is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment. It was founded by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson (D-Wisconsin) as an environmental teach-in in 1970, and is celebrated in many countries every year. This date is Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and Autumn in the Southern Hemisphere.


For this challenge, I'd like for you to create a layout that includes a nature photo. It can be anything - trees, beach, mountains, flowers, etc. Your photo can also include people, and the layout can be about any subject, as long as there is some nature in the photo.

And since this is a challenge, there is a twist (or two).........I'd like to see both brown and green somewhere on your layout, AND since the earth is round, include something round.

That's it! Have fun, and I can't wait to see what you create in honor of Earth Day! I will send an RAK to the winner of the challenge, chosen by a random drawing.

Entries are to be newly created for this challenge. There is no combining of crop challenges. All entries must be linked to this thread by midnight PST on Monday, November 16th.

what a super challenge

I came across several nature photos the other day. They almost always get put at the bottom of the pile. Here's my excuse to bring them out.

I will give it a try sound fun and cool, see what i can come up with

I sure hope to see some layouts!

WOW, I honestly can't believe all the awesome layouts entered for this challenge. Thankfully the winner is drawn from a random drawing, because the layouts are all fantastic.
