gettin funky!!
Hi all! My challenge has two parts... first, use stitching creatively (yah yah, its already been done) but hey... what can I say, great minds think alike. I love using different stitches on my pages... I think they add so much depth and dimension. Second part: use two papers for your backgrounds. I love to do this because its a great way to use up scraps and come up with something totally unique.
For your viewing pleasure, here's my take:
Title: and they sported legwarmers: the ramsay girls, trendsetters before their time.
this is my sister and I when we were little... sportin the leotards and legwarmers... yeah, we were soooo cool
I used a zigzag stitch to adhere the ribbon and made the circle with a straight stitch. For the two background papers, I used a piece of torn making memories and a 3/4 piece of scenic route.
Thanks for shackin up with me
This challenge will be worth 10 points towards your Grand Opening total. Entries can be any sized layout done in paper, digital, OR hybrid. Layouts must be newly created and must be posted to this thread by Midnight PST, April 30th.

Re: gettin funky!!
Used two different Crate papers for the background, just turned back one edge and stitched it down to get the blue border. The chipboard letters were painted, then I punched holes in them and stitched with embroidery floss.
