This is my first project posted in the middle of November using felt and gold beads hand sewn on a cardboard circle cut from a frozen pizza circle.


For the next project, I made a door hanger warning to use during times when I am working on a crop or needing to scrap unbothered.

My 3rd project was the altering of a pocket/purse size notebook into a project idea book for recording the inspirational things that I see during the day. I usually scribble notes on the back of a scrap of paper or old envelope. This will make things so much better. The book has been divided and tabs mark pages for inspiration (ideas for a craft or a title for a group of unused photos), sketches, and color combos (colors that I see which look awesome together but would not have considered. I even have a thin ribbon to mark the book to remind me to work on the written thoughts.

Aw, thank you, Deanna. I have not felt very creative the last few days but I especially needed a small idea book to carry around with me. I am tired of jotting things on scraps of paper and finding them again in my purse or book bag. Half the time, I forget tabout them until they are lost.

I use a calendar to keep track of scrap challenges and deadlines for projects and crops. It also is a great place to keep track of how many pages I do monthly. I made a "back to school" calendar for September.
