Playing Along?

If you are playing along with the contest, just post your layouts here as you get them done, and for each one you do you will have your name in the draw for a prize. You do not have to have them done by the challenge deadline, as long as you have them done and posted here by the end of the contest (midnight PST November 26th). Make sure you let us know which challenge your layout was done for when you post!

Yeah, I totally missed this.. i think the 15th was when I had to call 911 for Lie, and ive been so busy with him i havent been very good on keeping up with boards. Ill play along.

My weekend and Monday was soo nutty...I totally forgot about this! LOL!! Then the nuttiness rolled into today...I need to work on that layout today!

Sorry about your computer problems Pia, but glad you got it fixed and are back and able to play along!

I will be joining you too. I fell asleep last night and didn't post my page. I took a "nap" which continued until 5:15 am.

I am sharing the computer now so I took photos and worked on a charm page too. Here is my page of challenge #3 and a close up. My techniques were distressing and tearing-

It is still a nuthouse here with 7 more truck loads of my sister's stuff under tarps along the side of the house. I don't know where we will put it all and my DS won't let me tell my sister where I would LIKE to put it! At least I am finding some time to go to my room and lock the door from the inside and scrap. I did my page for the fourth challenge (swimsuits) and loved the metallic colors best. I chose the gold-

LOL! Good for your son helping you hold your tongue! I know that can't be easy!! Just try NOT to look outside and maybe you'll forget it's there. Right now we have some old bunk beds leaning up against the side of our house that the girls mom is supposed to pick up. If it starts raining here they will probably be ruined. The bright side...if they get ruined I can always cut them up for firewood...

Thank you, Berta! And I can see exactly where you are coming from with the bunk beds! Unfortunately, rain just makes the crying and attitudes of my sister worse. She is not in the same reality as the rest of the world. We should be standing outside holding umbrellas in case one of the tarps blows up. Not counting furniture, we had 24 truck loads of stuff and 5 of them were entirely Christmas decorations. There was at least one load of Christmas stuff that she left here the first time she moved!

#5 Formalwear
I chose the 3rd gown which was white with a burnt orange paisley print and a black sash. I used the paisley in a black and white pp and accented it with the burnt orange. My grandmother wrote & had published poetry so I added a short poem in her style. (see the gallery)

I can't believe that I am still online trying to get caught up on writing down all the new challenges like the DTs and have still the charm pages that I did during my spare time while I was offline yet to post. It is 1:50 am here and I am starting to get tired. I am so happy to be back.

Somehow I missed looking here! Geez!
Karen they are all awesome, but my favorite I have to say is the Reflections, what a great layout!!
